It has developed into a web of confusing fad diets, pseudoscience and so-called ‘health professionals’ that lack any real qualifications. We often underestimate the detrimental effect that this is having on not only our physical health but our mental wellbeing.
I understand how overwhelming this industry is, and hopefully, I can aid with sifting through the bulls**it and providing you all with real, evidence-based personalised nutrition, fitness and wellness advice. I want to provide a service where you gain advice tailored perfectly to your goals and needs as an individual. I hope that this may change our society (in a small way) by arming you with practical tools and knowledge to recognise what is health-promoting and what isn’t. I hope you would never feel confused or overwhelmed again, and if you did you could simply ask your favourite nutritionist ;).
